Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled within less than a 24 hours notice will result in 50% of the service fee. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment. Your appointment may be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the service fee. Future appointments cannot be booked until the service fee is paid in full. No shows will be charged 80% of the service fee & will be banned from booking indefinitely.
